Welcome to our homepage introducing our holiday residences on the "Les Amandiers" property and in the "La Garonnette" complex.
Several residences are available for rent, various sizes and settings, offering an ideal choice for a holiday in Southern France.
The residences available are on the "Les Amandiers" property (5,5 km from the beach) and in the "La Garonnette" residence park (150 m from the beach). You will find detailed information in this homepage.
L e s A m a n d i e r s
The "Les Amandiers" property covers approximately 25 acres. It is located in the community of Sainte-Maxime on the bay of Saint-Tropez, 5,5 km from the sandy beaches.
All buildings are fully furnished, see detailed description on this Homepage (free WiFi available). Cots and child's high chairs available on request. "Les Amandiers" is ideal for families who want to spend their holidays together, however staying in different buildings.
"Les Amandiers" offers complete infrastructure for a carefree vacation. There is a large swimming pool (10 by 5 meters) with numerous deck chairs. All tenants may use the beach volleyball court, a pétanque field and a table tennis table. A sandbox and a large trampoline are available for children.
Large families with children age eight or more can rent the trailer on the property at only 175 € per week extra charge. It is completely equipped, including bath, kitchen and shower in a separate little cabin. The trailer can also be rented individually.
A vacation in "Les Amandiers" is ideal for families with children. Dogs are also welcome. Most buildings have a fenced in garden or terrace and the entire property is also protected by a fence. The hill on the property can be climbed using a safe trail. Indisturbed ocean view from the top of the hill.
Six donkeys live on the property. During the day, they graze on a fenced in pasture. They are used to human contact and are delighted to be visited.
Nearest shopping is three minutes by car. A large shopping center is at short distance and fresh bread and croissants can be purchased in the morning from
several local bakeries nearby.
1 ½ rooms apartment
The apartment for two persons has a private entrance and terrace with barbecue grill and access to the garden. Cars may be parked on the rear side of the villa.
The apartment consists of a small living room with double bed (1,60 by 2m) and a fire place and an American kitchen (including coffee machine) with dining area. Satellite TV and a CD player are installed.
For a family with several children (8 years and more) a Trailer near the villa can be rented at a surcharge of 25 € per day. A small cabin belongs to the trailer including kitchen, shower and toilet. Final cleaning: 55 €

Cabine with 3 rooms
The house accommodates maximum six persons. It includes a living room, large kitchen fully equipment with dining area, satellite TV and radio. A bed couch (1,4 by 2m) is located in the living room. Master bedroom (large bed 1,60 by 2m), shower and toilet are on the ground floor. An open staircase leads to the first floor with two additional beds ( 0,90 by 2m).

4 rooms Annex to the villa
The house accommodates a maximum of six people. One bedroom with double bed (1,60 by 2m), a children's bedroom with an additional double bed (1,40 by 2m) and separate toilet. You will find an upholstered suite and a bed couch (1.4 by 2m) in the living room with open fireplace, radio and satellite TV. There is a dishwasher and a coffee machine in the completely furnished kitchen.

" L a G a r o n n e t t e " r e s i d e n c e p a r k
Four small villas within the beautiful residence park are offered for rent. The park has its own pool (11 by 5,5 meters): The residence is located in Sainte-Maxime (Saint-Tropez bay), only 150 meters from the La Garonnette sandy beach.
The air-conditioned buildings are ideal for guests looking for quiet relaxation near the beach. The residence has a private pool and a pétanque area. The residence is surrounded by a fence and an automatic door protects the access road to the residence.
All houses are fully furnished, including a washing machine. Cots and child's high chairs are available on request. Free WiFi available.The "La Garonnette" villas are ideal for large families who want to spend der holidays together, however staying in separate buildings. Ideal for children. The gardens of all houses are fenced in, therefore it is no problem to take along a dog.
A restaurant and a shopping facility ("SPAR" market) are nearby. Croissants and baguettes for breakfast can be purchased within walking distance. As small casino is located in the center of Les Issambres, approximately one kilometer away. Larger shopping centers are found in Sainte-Maxime and in the city of Fréjus.
La Garonnette 7
"La Garonette 7" accommodates six persons. It is airconditioned. One bedroom with double bed (1,6 by 2 meters), children's bedroom with two beds (0,90 by 2m), separate toilet and bath. The living room with satellite TV and CD player is also furnished with a couch
An additional room with double bed (1,40 by 2m) is accessible from the terrace.
A private fenced in garden (325 square meters) belongs to the house. Also, there is a terrace with barbecue grill, a pergola and a shower in the garden. Deck chairs are provided upon request. The living/dining room is adjacent to the open kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine. Parking space for two cars next to the house.

"La Garonette 10" accommodates six persons. The master bedroom with double bed (1,60 by 2m) and toilet/bathroom are located on the ground floor. An additional double bed (1,40 by 1,90m) and toilet/shower are on the mezzanine. The living room with satellite TV and CD player is also furnished with a couch. An additional room with double bed (1,40 by 1,90m) is accessible from the garden. An open kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine is located adjacent to the living/dining room. A private fenced in garden (250 square meters) belongs to the house. Also, there is a terrace with barbecue grill. Deck chairs are provided upon request. Parking space for one car next to the house.

La Garonnette 5
La Garonnette 5 can accommodate four people. There is a master bedroom with a double bed (1.6 by 2 m) and a children's room with a loft bed (2x 0.90 by 1.90m). The cozy kitchen is fully equipped. The living-dining room has a comfortable couch (extendable 1.4 by 1.9 m), as well as satellite TV and music player. The bathroom has a shower, like a separate toilet. The small villa is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. A parking space is available for holiday guests.
Enjoy the wonderful garden (fenced) and the associated terrace with grill. The outdoor area offers plenty of space to run around or relax. The many trees are an excellent shade in summer. Beach chairs are ready for you!
✓ Garonnette 1 and La Garonnette 5 can be connected with a door in the garden if required. This is the ideal solution for two families or one large family.
